SHIPPING POLICY

 

FREE SHIPPING! The cost of shipping to addresses in the lower 48 states of the USA has been incorporated into the sales price. Please contact us for a quote to ship outside the lower 48 states.

Shipping: Items will be sent by the United Parcel Service or Fedex ground service. We reserve the right to use another service at our discretion. The shipping is determined based on location of purchaser, weight and volume. If you require faster delivery than ground service please contact us for a quote of the additional charges. For your security, the orders may not be delivered without an authorized signature, therefore we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO's. We are not responsible for the late arrival for any package. All items will be insured for full value and professionally packed. The risk of loss and title of purchased items are the responsibility of the buyer upon our delivery of the packed item to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted above. In the case of an item non-receipt or an item arriving damaged in transport, it is the responsibility of the buyer to contact American Pie Pottery so that we can file a claim with the carrier and facilitate a refund from the carrier to the buyer.

Shipping time: Orders will normally be shipped within 48 hours after we receive payment. Within 24 hours of time of shipment we will send an email advising when the order was shipped. The email will also contains the UPS or FedEx Tracking number so you can track the shipment online. We are not responsible for the late arrival for any package. If you require faster delivery than ground service please contact us for a quote of the additional charges.

Return Policy: You may return any Americanpiepottery.com order within 30 days of its shipment for a full refund or exchange. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, fully insured, for a refund to be issued.
